1. Statutory Rights
Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to return items purchased online:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return goods.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of your return authorisation.

2. Eligibility for Returns
